Swatch Comparison - Milky Pinks (featuring OPI Play the Peonies)

Hey guys!

Continuing with my comparisons for the OPI Nice Stems Collection, today I'll be featuring Play the Peonies which is a light pearly pink-white with shimmer.

Once again I thought I would have a good few shades to compare this one to but that didn't end up being the case once I went dupe hunting through my stash.

A New Series - Manicuring 101

Hey!

So I'm not sure why I didn't think to do a series about this before now but while I've been reading through all of your giveaway comments, it seems that MANY of you want to learn more about the basics of manicuring.

I'm lucky enough to have completed a manicure course which provided me with a lot of knowledge and expertise in this area and I'm happy to be able to share that information with you.

This will be a series of posts that will take you through the basics of manicuring which includes a discussion about your natural nails, a comparison of the types of files there are/which ones I recommend, a discussion of the possible nail shapes you can have, a list of manicuring implements that you should own in order to perform a proper manicure, how to properly apply nail polish, a discussion of common nail disorders and their treatments, proper cuticle care, and much more.

Swatch Comparison - Glass Flecked Pinks (featuring OPI Be a Dahlia Won't You?)

Hey guys!

This will be my last scheduled post and I'll be back fully to respond to your comments/emails shortly. By the time you read this I'll be done my term paper (yay!) and I'll most likely be out polish shopping before my evening class.

I've got a quick comparison for you today featuring one of the shades from the OPI Nice Stems Collection - Be a Dahlia Won't You?. I thought that I would have a few shades to compare this one to but after going through my stash, I only found two shades that I thought were worthy of doing a comparison with.

I've also done comparisons for the other 3 shades from this collection so you'll be seeing those posts as well as an overall/final recommendations post for this collection very soon.

Review & Swatches - Color Club Wicked Sweet Collection

Hey guys!

A few days ago Rebecca alerted me that my local Winners store had the Color Club Wicked Sweet Collection in stock so I quickly snagged myself a set. Sadly, Color Club isn't sold open stock in our area - Winners is the only place that sells the 7 piece sets and their stock is usually pretty random so I was happy to find out that they're actually semi-timely with this year's summer sets.

The Wicked Sweet Collection is a 7 piece collection of neon shades that are scented when dry. It was released along with the Starry Temptress Collection - a 7 piece collection of neon glitter shades. I ordered the Starry Temptress Collection online when it was first released and I meant to post swatches for you guys but I wasn't happy with the pictures I took and I never did get around to trying again. It's still on my "To Post" list though.

Anyways, onto the review/swatches.

Swatches - Layering with OPI I Lily Love You

Hey!

This post, along with the next two posts you'll see are scheduled ones because I'm going to be busy working on a paper that I have due tomorrow evening. That means that I won't be able to respond to any comments/emails until Friday so please bear with me. In the meantime, enjoy the posts that I have been writing over the last couple of days for you. :)

In my review/swatch post of the OPI Nice Stems Collection, I promised to make a separate post to show you the layering options that this collection has to offer, so here it is.

Review & Swatches - China Glaze Metro Collection: Downtown

Hey guys!

Today I have for you part 1 of my China Glaze Metro Collection swatches. This is China Glaze's Fall 2011 Collection and I wasn't expecting to have these quite yet but my supply store got them in early so I'm excited to have them to show you.

The collection can be bought in two 6 piece sets - Downtown and Uptown so that's how I'll be splitting my swatches up and today I'll be starting with the Downtown set.

Review & Swatches - Nfu-Oh Holographic Series: #63

Hey!

I hope you all had a good weekend. As I said a few posts ago, my boyfriend and I had a Harry Potter movie marathon planned and that took up a lot of my weekend.
I also had to start writing a paper that I have due this week because although it might not seem like it based on the amount of posting I've been able to do, I'm actually still in school this summer! However I'm only doing 1 course so it hasn't been taking up too much of my time.

Anyways, today I'll be continuing with my reviews, swatches and wear tests of the Nfu-Oh Holographic Series of polishes and I'll be showing you #63, which is a light pink linear holo.

Nail Art Tutorial - Abstract

Hey guys!

As promised, I'm trying to get more tutorials up while I'm doing my wear tests of the Nfu-Oh Holographic Series of polishes so that you'll still have some nail art to look at around here.

Once again, we had a tie in my sidebar poll. This time it was between my Abstract design and my Ice Cream Sundaes design. Instead of asking anyone to break the tie this time, I just decided that those two designs would be my next two tutorials and I flipped a coin to decide which one I would do first. Tonight I'll be showing you how to do my Abstract design.

To refresh, here's what that looked like:

Review & Swatches - OPI Nice Stems Collection

Finally!
I have the OPI Nice Stems Collection to show you guys!

I have seriously been calling/going to my supply store every day for the past month or more. Yesterday when I called they told me that the collection has been back ordered and they weren't sure when they were going to be getting it.
Frustrated, I decided to just give in and pay regular price for the collection at a salon. The first one I went to only had 3 of the 4 colours but they offered a professional discount so I actually only spent $1 more per polish than I would have at my professional supplier, and I was ok with that. Then I went to another location of that same salon and they had one last bottle of the shade the other location didn't have, so I snatched it up.

Swatch Comparison - OPI DS Chiffon vs. Milani Digital

Happy Friday!

What does everyone have planned for this weekend? The bf and I are going to be having a Harry Potter movie marathon tonight/tomorrow before we go see the last film in theatres next week (after the crowds have died down a little).

I've also begun my swatching marathon of my "untrieds" drawer (which has expanded beyond a single drawer since I last showed it to you) so I'm going to try to get through all of that swatching this weekend.

Tonight I have for you the last of my OPI Designer Series/Milani 3D Collection comparisons and this one features two pink holographic shades - OPI DS Chiffon and Milani Digital.

Review & Swatches - Nfu-Oh Holographic Series: #62

Hey guys!

I thought I should let you all know that I had a good nail polish shopping day yesterday! My beauty supply store still doesn't have the OPI Nice Stems Collection so I'm going to have to keep stalking it.
However, I dropped into another store looking for just one polish for a friend and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had the entire China Glaze Metro Collection! That managed to itch my new-nail-polish-collection-bug so I was very pleased and you can expect to see swatches of those asap.

In the meantime, I'm still continuing with my review, swatches and wear tests of the Nfu-Oh Holographic Series polishes and today I'll be showing you #62, which is a warm peach-pink linear holo.

Swatch Comparison - OPI DS Original vs. Milani Hi-Res

Hey guys!

After my comparison of OPI DS Coronation and Milani HD, I started to think about my other DS polishes and wondered if there are any other shades from the Milani 3D Holographic Collection that are suitable alternatives to any of my other DS polishes.

The first similarities I noticed were between OPI DS Original and Milani Hi-Res so I'll be showing you that comparison today. I've also got one more OPI DS/Milani 3D comparison lined up to keep on the lookout for that.

Nail Art Tutorial - Rainbow Polka Dots

Hey!

So as I said in my review/swatches of Nfu-Oh #61 last night, I won't be doing any nail art for a while because I'm reviewing, swatching and doing wear tests for the entire Nfu-Oh Holographic Series of polishes. Thus, I'm trying to do some extra tutorials so that I still have some form of nail art for you.
I'll put up another poll today and I'll only let it run for 2 days this time so that I can have another tutorial up for you in a couple of days.

We had a very close poll once again this time and there was a tie between 2 designs: Abstract and Rainbow Polka Dots. In order to break the tie, I asked my polish friends on Facebook to choose which design they would rather see and the design that won out was my Rainbow Polka Dots design.

To refresh, here's the design I'll be doing a tutorial for today:

Review & Swatches - Nfu-Oh Holographic Series: #61

Hey guys!

Another silver holo post for you today!

Over the next couple of weeks I'll be doing a series of reviews/swatches on all 6 of the Nfu-Oh Holographic polishes. Because I've heard a lot of different things about the formula, application and wear of these polishes, I've decided to not just swatch them on nail wheels like I normally would, but to actually put them through wear tests.
Additionally, these polishes are just too special and coveted that I had to do full nail swatches for each of them.

This means that you won't be seeing any new nail art from me while I'm doing this series but I'll try to itch the nail art bug for you by uploading a few tutorials of my past designs.

At the end of the series I'll do an overall review/recommendations post for all 6 of the shades so that you'll have an easy access post for all of them.

I'll go in the proper numerical order of the shades so today I'll be starting with Nfu-Oh #61 which is a bright silver linear holographic polish.

Swatch Comparison - OPI DS Coronoation vs. Milani HD

Hey guys!

While swatching all of the DS polishes I own, I noticed that the scattered silver holographic polish DS Coronations looked very similar to Milani HD from the 3D Holographic Collection.

I've already reviewed and swatched the Milani collection (check it out here) but I thought it would be useful to swatch these shades side-by-side to determine if they are dupes.

Final Recommendations - Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection

Hey guys!

So after swatching, reviewing and comparing all four shades from the Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection, I have some final words/recommendations.

This post will also serve as an easy access page where you can find links to all of the swatches, reviews and comparisons from this collection that I've done.

Review & Swatches - Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection
Swatch Comparison - Orly Frisky
Swatch Comparison - Orly Frolic
Swatch Comparison - Orly Fresh
Swatch Comparison - Orly Flirty

In the end, Frolic surprisingly ended up being the most unique of all four shades and I had nothing else close to it in my collection. Flirty comes second in the unique race and although I had a couple of shades that were similar in one respect or another (i.e. base colour/finish), nothing was quite like Flirty. These 2 shades would be the ones I would recommend first from this collection.

Unless you're a complete polish addict like myself and need every variation of every shade, I would skip Frisky if you already own China Glaze For Audrey.

Additionally, I would skip Fresh altogether, even if you don't own a grassy green shade, because I didn't find the formula to be very good and there are some better alternatives available.

Overall, Orly's Happy Go Lucky Collection is a short and sweet one with a few shades that are deceptively unique.

The Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection Lacquers are available now for approximately $6-7, depending on where you live. ORLY Nail Lacquers and Treatment products are available at orlybeauty.com, Sally Beauty, Ulta and other purveyors of beauty throughout the U.S. and in over 100 countries worldwide.

I've decided to start making these full collection comparisons/final recommendations a regular thing on my blog so hopefully it's something you guys like. :)

Swatch Comparison - Pink Shimmers (featuring Orly Flirty)

Hey!

This will be the final comparison post for the Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection and it will feature the pink shimmer shade - Orly Flirty.

You can find my original review and swatches of all 4 shades from this collection here.

I'll also do a final recommendations type of post that will sum up the entire collection as well as all 4 comparison posts so that there will be one easy access post for everything to do with this collection.

Top 5 - MAC Lipsticks

Hey!

In the sidebar poll that I had up last week, you all told me what you would like to see more of on my blog and I really did take what you had to say seriously. With 12% of the votes, you guys voted that you would like to see more makeup posts. Now, while there were a number of options ahead of this in terms of votes, it's clear that at least some of you still want to see more makeup related posts.

So, although my blog will remain primarily focused on nail polish and nail art, I will do my best to include more makeup posts in the mix.

Today I'll be showing you my top 5 MAC lipsticks. I was originally just planning a top 5 lipsticks post, but once I went through all of my lipsticks, my favourites all ended up being from MAC.

Swatch Spam - OPI DS Polishes: Part 2

Hey!

I think you should all be super proud of me today! As you all know, I have been checking my beauty supply store for the OPI Nice Stems Collection for a couple of weeks now and they still don't have it in. Well, I got news last night night that one of the salons in my area has both the Nice Stems Collection AND the Miss Universe Collection, which I wasn't expecting to even start looking for for another couple of weeks.

The dilemma for me was that I get professional pricing at the supply store that doesn't have these collections, but not at the salon which has both collections. So, I had to decide which was going to win - my wallet or my impatience? I finally decided that it would be better if I just waited for the professional store to get the collections in and save myself some money. Yay for willpower!

Anyways, that's not the point of this post at all, I promise.
Today I'm going to be showing you the rest of my OPI DS polishes that weren't included in this post a couple of days ago.
These last 4 shades includes my favourites out of all the ones I own, so enjoy!

I recently came to the realization that I have a lot of makeup and nail polish that I just don't use anymore (if at all) and that it might be better off with someone who enjoys it and gets use out of it. So, I've decided to have a blog sale.

I'll be adding stuff to it over time so keep checking back to see if there's anything that interests you. All of the shipping and payment information is included on the page.

Nail Art Tutorial - Hello Kitty

Hey guys!

The most recent sidebar poll was the closest yet with 3 of the options being super close. However, in the end, my Hello Kitty design won out with 30% of the votes.

The other two options that were very close in the running were my Palm Tree Sunset design with 24% of the votes, and my Ice Cream Sundaes design with 22% of the votes. I'll put both of those designs in the next poll since it seems that you guys definitely want to see tutorials for them.

To refresh, here's the design I'll be doing a tutorial for today:

Swatch Spam - OPI DS Polishes: Part 1

Hey!

After looking through my untried stash that I posted for you yesterday, I noticed that I've already swatched most of them for you guys and the majority of them are just waiting to be swatched on my own wheels. So, I've made it a mission to finish swatching all of my untrieds for you and then I can move onto swatching them on my wheels.

There were 2 OPI Designer Series polishes in my untrieds that I haven't swatched for you or on my wheels so I decided that I'll do those first, along with the rest of my DS polishes. I own 9 altogether so I'm breaking this post up into 2 separate posts and today I'll be showing you 5 of my 9 OPI DS polishes.

Jewelry Storage - Part 3: Necklaces

Hey guys!

Continuing with my jewelry storage series, today I'll be showing you how I organize my necklaces.

My necklace storage is more DIY than my bracelet and earring storage systems which I simply bought from eBay. This one takes a bit more craftiness but in the end I'm happy with the way it looks.

This is a bulletin board that I got from Wal-Mart for I think about $8 and I glued some black foam sheets over it to make it look a little classier. I got the foam sheets in a pack at Wal-Mart but I honestly can't remember the price off the top of my head - I know it couldn't have been very much though. I then used clear push pins and simply hung my necklaces from them and then hung the whole thing on my wall. It's of course not a luxurious setup or anything but I like it and it works well.

I like that this can hold a lot of necklaces (there's 20 on it right now) and that they're all on display and easy to access. As well, if I need to expand, I can just get another bulletin board of the same size and hang it up right next to it.

Once again, I only keep my fashion jewelry on this board and my more expensive necklaces that have been given to me over the years are kept aside from this in a small jewelry box.

Well that's it for my necklace storage - it's not my favourite of my jewelry storage systems but it's the best I've come up with.

I'm still planning to do a ring storage post but I've yet to find a suitable storage solution for my fashion rings so right now they're all just chucked in a plastic storage container. However, as soon as I find a better storage system for them, expect to see a post on it. And if any of you have any ring storage ideas, I'd be happy to hear about them.

How do you all store your necklaces?

My Current Project - "Untrieds" Drawer

Hey!

I thought that tonight I would show you guys my current project as well as give you a sneak peak into my nail polish collection (and I promise you there is a full collection post coming asap).

This is my "Untrieds" drawer where I hold all of my recent nail polish purchases until I swatch them for you and on my own nail wheels. Usually I swatch polishes for you within the first couple of days of getting them but for my own wheels, I typically have a swatching marathon once every couple of weeks, but this varies depending on how many I've acquired, really.
However, I've neglected my own wheels lately and it's left me with quite a large drawer of untrieds, or unswatched if you prefer.

Keep reading for more photos and a full list of the polishes you see above.

Haul - Holographic Polishes

Hey!

Since the Canada Post strike ended, I have anxiously been awaiting the arrival of a number of packages and even though I'm still waiting on 8 more packages (!!!), I thought I would show you guys a few of the things that have already arrived.

Nfu-Oh Holographics: #62, #63, #64, #66

I'm still waiting on #61 and #65 which I ordered separate from these so hopefully that order will be arriving soon and then I'll be able to do swatches of all of these lovelies for you.

China Glaze Tronica Polishes: Laser Lime, Gamer Glam, Cyberspace, 3D Fantasy, Hologram
I didn't swatch/review the Tronica Collection when it first released because through a series of unfortunate incidents, of which I won't go into detail about, I wasn't able to get my hands on all 12 of the shades. But recently, through a series of transactions and blog sales, I was finally able to complete my collection. So you'll be seeing a review/swatch post of this collection very soon.

Look out for more detailed posts about these polishes in the near future!
And cross your fingers for me that the rest of my packages come this week! As an added incentive, one of the packages that's on it's way might be something for you guys. ;)

Nails of the Day - Gradient Cheetah

Hey guys!

I've spoken before about the Monday nail art challenge that occurs weekly in the Facebook group . Well, this week's theme was sponging and I had a whole design planned but it ending up changing dramatically during the actual process.

I had planned to do a sunset using deep purple, pink and orange but once I sponged the pink on top of the purple, I loved the result so much that I couldn't bear to add any other colours. So, this gradient with a cheetah print on top was born.

I could seriously wear animal print nail art every single day so I am of course in love with this. Hope you all like it as well!

Products:
CND Stickey Base Coat
China Glaze - Grape Pop (base)
Essie - Super Bossa Nova (sponged over base)
OPI - Black Onyx (cheetah spots)

Swatch Comparison - A Few Purples (featuring Orly Frolic)

Hey guys!

Tonight I have another comparison for the Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection for you, this time featuring the purple shade - Orly Frolic.

I already did a comparison featuring the light teal of this collection (Frisky) and determined that there was no dupe for it, at least in my stash. Check that comparison out here.

Nail polish comparisons is currently in the top 3 answers of my poll of what you would like to see more of on my blog so I hope you guys are liking all the comparisons I have been working on lately. :)

Nail Art Tutorial - Rainbow Splatter

Hey guys!

Thank you to everyone who voted in my poll regarding which nail design you would like to see a tutorial for next. With 39% of the votes, my Rainbow Splatter manicure, which I did in celebration of LGBT Pride Month was the winner.

I'll be putting up a new poll after I post this tutorial so be sure to vote in that one as well. I also have another poll up right now asking for your feedback concerning what you would like to see more of on my blog, and even though there's still a little time left to vote, it's clear that you guys want more tutorials. So, I'm going to make a point to make at least one nail art tutorial a week and the designs I do will be entirely based on your votes.

Anyways, onto today's tutorial.

Review & Swatches - China Glaze Crackle Metals Collection

Hey guys!

I was finally able to get my hands on the Crackle Metals by China Glaze, so right now I'm only stalking my beauty supply stores for one collection - OPI Nice Stems and I have been calling every day this week checking to see if it's in (I'm sure they're sick of hearing from me, haha).

Although, by the time I get that collection, I'm sure there'll be others that I'll be looking for.

Anyways, today I have a full review and swatches of the China Glaze Crackle Metals Collection for you. I decided to swatch all of the shades over a plain black cream polish (China Glaze Liquid Leather) to best show off the colours of the crackles. However, if you're interested in seeing any of these shades over a different polish, let me know in the comments and I'll do my best to satisfy your requests.

Upcoming Collections - China Glaze Metro Collection for Fall 2011

Hey guys!

I know you've already seen this press release on a number of other blogs but I wanted to post it here as well because I like to find out how you guys feel about upcoming collections. If a lot of you are interested in a particular collection or a particular shade from a collection, I'll try harder to get that collection/shade. However, if very few of my followers are interested in a particular collection, I won't try very hard, if at all, to find that new collection.

Basically, I'm justifying why I choose to post press releases on my blog because I know some people don't like them, especially when they're bombarded with the same press release on numerous blogs. However, I think they're useful for the reason I stated above and I believe that I post regularly enough that my site isn't just full of press releases.

Anyways, let's see what China Glaze has got in store for us for Fall 2011.

sayanythingbr00ke's Giveaway for Charity

Hey guys!

About a month ago I posted this post explaining that a popular youtuber was going to be giving away rare/hard to find makeup/nail polish items for charity sometime in July.

Well, the time has come! Brooke's video is up and the giveaway is live. She's going to be accepting donations through paypal and all of the proceeds will be going to this animal shelter.

You don't have to donate money in order to win the prizes but it is strongly encouraged and that's really the point of all of this - to help animals in need.

A few examples of what you can win include: China Glaze OMG polish, MAC Marine Life High-Light Powder, MAC Ripe Reach Blush Ombre, Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure, MAC Blue India polish (donated by yours truly), MAC Candy Yum-Yum Lipstick, autographed photos/messages from Christine of temptalia, , , and of course, , OCC brushes, lip tars, nail polishes, etc.

This is a great cause and I really hope some of you will help contribute to it.

Review & Swatches - Revlon Perplex

Hey guys!

Another post for you today - albeit a quick one. I recently picked up a few items in a blog sale and the seller was sweet enough to add in a little extra bonus gift for me - a bottle of Revlon Perplex which has been on my wishlist for a while now.

Jewelry Storage - Part 2: Earrings

Hey guys!

Continuing with my jewelry storage series, today I'm going to show you how I store my earrings.

I've always had a problem with earring storage because even though it's one of the easier pieces of jewelry to find storage for, I've never managed to find anything in my area that I liked enough to actually display my earrings on. So after I found my bracelet storage on eBay for a pretty good price, I decided to check there to see if I could find anything that would satisfy my picky taste for earring storage as well.

This is what I found:

It's a 3 piece system in the shape of roses and each piece has tiny holes in it for your earrings. However, you don't only have to use the designated holes - the cut-out pattern of the roses allows you to just hang earrings pretty much all over each piece. And because I like the look of organized clutter, I hung my earrings all over mine.

Like I said in my bracelets post, these solutions are only used for fashion jewelry and my more expensive earrings are kept in a small jewelry box. I don't have very many pairs of fashion earrings so right now I'm only using 1 of the 3 pieces that came with the set (the biggest one).

So what does it look like once it's filled with earrings?

Cute, isn't it? For the set of 3 earring displays, I paid a total of $6.44, including shipping.

Here's a link to the seller who I got this storage from and like the seller I got my bracelet stand from, this one also sells a lot of jewelry storage solutions. They also sell this same type of earring storage but in different shapes such as palm trees, roosters, feet, and other more abstract shapes.

So that's it for how I store my earrings. I'm really happy with it and I think it looks really nice and cohesive next to my bracelet stand.

I'm still going to be doing storage posts for my necklaces and rings at some point so keep on the lookout for those.

How do you all store your earrings?

P.S. Today is my boyfriend David's 24th birthday so everyone wish him a Happy Birthday! :)

Swatch Comparison - Light Teal Creams (featuring Orly Frisky)

Hey guys!

I'm so glad to see that so many of you liked my business cards! I started giving them out today to some friends and co-workers and I received a lot of positive feedback from them as well. I'm so happy that I got them!
And a number of you asked about the pricing and it's something I probably should have included in the original post but I'll mention it here instead.
I got 400 cards printed which cost $68.99 and the card holder cost $4.99.

Yesterday, aside from my post about my business cards, I also did a review and showed you swatches of the new Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection. Since most of the shades seemed dupe-able, I asked you to tell me what shades you would like to see me compare them with and I got a number of good suggestions.

Today I'll be comparing Frisky, a light teal cream colour, with other shades from the same colour/finish family. Luckily I have all of the shades that you guys asked to see it compared to so I was able to satisfy all of your requests.

My Business Cards - I Feel Like a Real Pro Now!

Hey guys!

I'm not sure if I mentioned this or not, but about a month ago I decided that I would order business cards to help build my clientele and get my name out there more in my own locale.

I had seen this post from Jen of The PolishAholic a while back and I knew right then that when I ordered my own business cards, they would definitely be from the same company.

The company is called Moo and one of the many great things about this company is that you can customize absolutely everything about your business cards.

You're able to upload up to 50 different images for your cards (for no extra charge) and so I decided that I would upload some of my favourite nail art designs for the front of my cards. I thought that this would be the best way to demonstrate exactly what it is I do, and I left the back of the cards rather simple so that the front is really the main focus.

Review & Swatches - Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection

Hey guys!

Yesterday started off as a bit of a buzz kill day for me because I'm expecting so many packages that I'm super excited about and when I checked the mail, there was nothing. Sad times.

So in an effort to cheer myself up, I decided to go out and try to find the China Glaze Crackle Metals Collection (which I found - review and swatches to come soon) and as a bonus I also found the Orly Happy Go Lucky Collection at Sally's. I seriously wasn't expecting to get this collection in so soon, especially considering how we never did get the Pin-Up Collection here (which is super sad because I really want the glitters from that collection).

Nonetheless, I picked up these 4 shades from Orly because I thought that they actually looked nicer in person than how they did in the press release I received.

Nails of the Day - Summer Sports

Hey guys!

We've been having some really beautiful weather here lately and so I wanted to do a super summery mani to celebrate that. The bf was hanging out and playing different sports at the park with some of his buddies yesterday while I was at work and it completely inspired me to do a sports themed mani.

I chose 5 different summer sports and interpreted them into a nail art design and although I'm not entirely happy with how it turned out, I still think this is a super fun summer mani. Once again, David was the source of my inspiration so I have to thank him again. :)
