Swatch Comparison - Bright Pink-Corals (featuring OPI Come to Poppy)

Hey!

So we're still chugging along with my comparisons for the OPI Nice Stems Collection and today I'll be featuring Come to Poppy which is a bright pink-coral with pearly shimmer.

I have a good few coral shades in my stash but as it turns out, I don't have many pink-corals so I picked two shades from my coral colours that looked the closest in the bottle to Come to Poppy.

Keep reading for the comparison!

OPI Bright Lights, Big Color (I know this shade is from one of the Brights Collections but I'm almost positive that it's sold as open stock now)

As you can see, the pinkness of Come to Poppy is much more evident here when it is next to true corals than when it is next to other pinks like in my original swatches for this collection.

Sally Hansen Caribbean Coral is closer to Come to Poppy in terms of base colour but it's lacking that pearly shimmer that makes Come to Poppy (as well as Play the Peonies which I already did comparisons for) special.

OPI Bright Lights, Big Color does have shimmer but it's gold coloured which makes the shade look that much more orange than Come to Poppy. Furthermore, it's not that special pearly shimmer that's in Come to Poppy, so even the shimmers aren't even comparable.

Overall, I don't have anything quite like Come to Poppy and it's mostly due to that special pearly shimmer that we've seen in this collection. I actually like this shade more than I did originally after this comparison because it's shown me that Come to Poppy is much more pink than true coral and I like that about it - it makes it more unique in my collection than I originally thought.

What do you guys think? Do you own any other shades that might be comparable to Come to Poppy?
